Had my LG fridge 4 and a half years and twice the compressor failed and also the water dispenser in the front door quit working so tech said the display board is out so he reordered everything and in a week from now it’s suppose to be repaired. Bought in 2/2016. I was troubleshooting why our LG French Door refrigerator (purchased in 2016) wasn’t keeping the cold temperatures any longer this week. He tells me that now it’s up to LG and the warranty company. My LG refrigerator stopped working in September 2017 while we were out of town and all the food spoiled. This time it completely went out and lost $500 in food plus 2 days off work without pay to have a repairman, who was sent by LG not do anything at all.
